Shipping & Delivery

Order Confirmation:

After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (in 5  business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipping and Delivery:

USPS is our shipping carrier. If you choose standard shipping, it will take about 5 business days to arrive. It will take 2 -3 business days to be delivered for expedited shipping. If you want to make sure your order can arrive on time, please calculate the shipping/handling time, and choose appropriated shipping option.

Order Process:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card.  Most products will ship within 2 business days from the date of your order except special customization or items like the tandem bike. 

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order,  feel free to follow up with us by click "Contact Us" (green tab) on the bottom of right corner of your screen.
